3.3 Decision Time: Once we look at your request, we’ll tell you if you can get a refund or not. If we approve it, we’ll send your money back using the way you paid, and it’ll take 30 business days.
Sometimes, we might give you a part of your money back or some credits if you haven’t used everything in the package. But we’ll decide if that’s possible.
